The products sold on this site are digital downloads — PDF e-books and training programs. They are delivered electronically via email after payment is processed. There is no physical product, and nothing will be shipped.

Prices on this site are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Australian taxes at the time of sale. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
By placing an order you confirm that the payment method you use is yours, that you are authorised to use it, and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or breach of these terms). In that case, any payment taken will be refunded.
After successful payment, your PDF(s) will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, normally within a few hours of purchase. If you have not received your files within 24 hours, please check your spam folder first and then email us at builtbyme.support@gmail.com.
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, refunds are not offered as a matter of course once a file has been delivered.

"Changed my mind," "I didn't need it after all," or "I already knew most of this" are not grounds for a refund.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version that was in effect at the time you bought. Significant changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute that can't be resolved by email will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
